DEARBORN, MI – A world renowned Leonardo da Vinci exhibition is coming to Michigan for a limited time featuring both his art and his inventions.
The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn will unveil, “Da Vinci: The Exhibition” on Sunday, October 26 through Sunday, May 3, 2026.
The exhibition will feature more than 60 full-scale invention recreations and over 20 fine art studies, showcasing da Vinci’s art, engineering and science.
The exhibition will include detailed reproductions of his designs for military machines, civil engineering marvels, flying apparatus, musical instruments, and other ingenious creations.
The collection also includes in-depth studies of iconic works such as the Mona Lisa, The Last Supper, and Virgin of the Rocks.
Each invention on display was handcrafted by skilled artisans, meticulously following da Vinci’s original two-dimensional drawings and modern translations of his Codices – comprehensive volumes of sketches, notes, and ideas.
