SEGA Corporation has announced the regional representatives for the ” National eSports Championship 2025 SHIGA Puyopuyo Division “, a national tournament for the action puzzle game ” Puyopuyo”, who will advance to the main tournament in Shiga, Japan. The block representative rounds for the elementary school division and the open participation division will be held online on August 30 (Sat.) and 31 (Sun.), 2025, and the best players from all over the country have been selected.

The “National eSports Championship 2025 SHIGA Puyopuyo Division” was held to determine the block representatives for the main Shiga tournament, and the representatives for each block have been chosen. A “Score Attack Campaign” using “Puyo Puyo eSports” is currently underway. In the “Official Challenge” of the “Challenge” mode in the game, players compete to get the highest score by erasing Puyos within a time limit of two minutes. The top winner of each category will be awarded the right to participate in the Shiga Main Tournament!
The entry deadline for the Score Attack Campaign is 23:59 on September 30, 2025 (Tuesday). In addition to the right to participate, 10 participants will be selected by drawing to receive Puyopuyo goodies, so if you are interested, why not participate?
